Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Use of this Site—including submitting forms, sending messages, scheduling, or viewing content—does not create a provider–patient relationship with Firefly Medical.

Creating a New Patient Chart—whether via this Site or directly—does not mean you have been accepted as a patient/client of Firefly Medical. The New Patient Chart link redirects you to our secure, third-party EMR.
Creating a new patient chart, contacting us, or submitting payment:
Does not guarantee you will be accepted as a patient
Does not guarantee services will be provided
Does not establish a provider–patient relationship
Does not obligate Firefly Medical to provide continued or ongoing care
Is subject to the Client Agreement and any applicable clinical consents All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Electronic Communications
Website forms, general email, and non-designated messaging tools may not be secure.
Submit Protected Health Information (PHI) only through designated secure systems.
5. Product Sales & Linked Supplement Store
Shop Links to Balanced Dose (https://balanceddose.com) direct you to a separate e-commerce website hosted on Shopify.
Purchases, returns, data practices, and product policies for that site are governed by terms and policies on that site.
All product sales are final except where required by law or explicitly permitted as an exception.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, design, and layout—is the property of Firefly Medical or its licensors.
You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
