PRICING & SERVICE INFORMATION
ELIGIBILITY & IMPORTANT PRICING DETAILS
Eligibility is determined on an individual basis. Lab work, medications, supplements, and certain services are billed separately. Additional fees may apply, including for procedures, package or membership cancellations, trays, and lab draws. Pricing is disclosed on request and before or at the time of service.
INITIAL VISIT INFORMATION
Initial visits are independent professional medical services that may include evaluation, medical history review, information gathering, second opinions, and discussion of potential treatment options. Initial visits do not guarantee treatment eligibility, prescriptions, or package or membership enrollment. Future requests for advice, reevaluation, treatment planning, or new services may require a new consultation fee even if it relates to the same issue.

Initial Visit Follow-up (If Recommended): Included with Initial Visit Fee | 30–45 min
Initial Visit Lab Work: Additional cost; varies by individual

Walk-In Services & Pricing
Standard ($200)
For straightforward concerns and minor acute illnesses.
Extended Visit ($350)
For more involved minor acute illnesses, injuries, and procedures requiring additional time or attention.
Standard Telehealth Visit ($150)
Extended Telehealth Visit ($300)
Procedure Fees:
Certain in-office procedures may involve additional charges. Examples include joint injections, skin procedures, laceration repair, and similar services.
Full itemized pricing provided at time of service or on request.
Superbills may be available for FSA/HSA and insurance submission.

Walk-in services are not a substitute for primary care, urgent care, or emergency services.
Our walk-in clinic is designed to provide convenient, episodic care for minor acute illnesses, minor injuries, and non-emergency medical needs.
For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.
We recommend establishing care with a primary care provider (PCP) for:
- Annual physicals and preventive care
- Management of chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
- Long-term health monitoring, specialist coordination, and complete medical records
