How do I make a new patient chart?
- Follow the “New Patient Chart” Links on our Website. Select the type of patient you seek to be.
How do I change, reschedule, or cancel my appointment?
- To change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, use your MangoMint phone number or contact our office (701) 757-1440 at least 24-hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other patients and manage our schedule effectively. Rebooking within 24-hours of an appointment will be subject to our late cancellation and no-show fees detailed in your signed Terms of Service.
How do I ask medical questions?
- Medical questions should be asked using your Atlas.md phone number, connecting you directly to your provider.
Do you take insurance or offer financing options for treatments?
- While we do not take insurance or offer financing, we do offer 12 month treatment packages that are divided into installments to make payment easier. Some esthetic services and adjuvant therapies like IV infusions have special package or membership rates. Please contact our office for more information about pricing.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
- Yes. We do accept HSA/FSA payments. Note: permissibility is subject to the individual HSA/FSA plan. We do not guarantee their acceptance as most treatments are considered elective, medically unnecessary. As of January 2026, HSA plans cover direct primary care (DPC) services.
Am I able to terminate a Firefly Treatment Package early?
- Yes. Early terminations – after commitment periods – are subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit(s).
What should I expect during my first consultation?
- Our team will review your medical history, discuss your health goals, and conduct any necessary examinations. We will review guideline-concordant care treatments and the alternative to develop a personalized treatment plan to your specific needs.
Can I combine multiple services?
- Yes, combining multiple services may be the best way to achieve your desired results. For example, you might combine BHRT with direct primary care or a personalized wellness program such as Health Coaching. Whatever you choose, our team will work with you to create a comprehensive treatment plan. The best part? You may get a discount by combining additional services!
How do I get prescription refills?
- Contact your pharmacy to initiate a refill request. Please allow 2-3 business days for refill requests to be fulfilled. Clients should plan accordingly and allot time for processing of refill requests and/or shipping before they run out of their prescription. Refills are processed during normal business hours.
